Along with the thorough development of new curriculum reform nationwide, the student's main body status is becoming more and more obvious, but because of the university entrance exam and the influence of traditional teaching mode, this phenomenon that teachers teach very hard and student learns so pain still exists. The ultimate aim and the core concept of the new curriculum reform and the core concept is to make students get all-round development.So, in daily teaching, it is all set to the front to improve teaching efficiency and to improve students' comprehensive ability.The concept "effective teaching"originated first from last century in western, hardly had it put forward when it won scholars'attention. In order to make students adapt to the information age which is developed rapidly now. in China, in recent years,our research to effective teaching is further deepen.Thisarticle,combined with my teaching practice, according to questionnaire answered by middle school students and teaching practice research, data analysis, illustrates the author's opinion to effective teaching in senior high school physics teaching. Respectively from four aspects:teaching aim, teaching content, teaching process and teaching objects,probing into classroom effective teaching strategy. In Specific teaching strategy implementation,according to the different teaching situations,different class type, different characteristics of students, use various teaching methods to achieve the goal of effective teaching. To get the purpose of improving teaching efficiency.In the research a large number of practical cases are listed. Always implement the idea of the reform of the new curriculum and effective teaching in senior high school physics.Fully analyzes effective teaching strategy selection and implementation in senior high school physics classroom.Aim to apply new curriculum concept to specific teaching practice, exert students'initiative, inspire the student's study enthusiasmThe research conducted suggests that:1. Effective teaching should pay special attention to students, because students are the centre of learning. To teach is not only to pass on knowledge, more important is to cultivate students'ability of observation, analysis problem, problem-solving Only through full understanding of students in teaching, can teachers use all sorts of teaching strategies to achieve teaching effectiveness. 2.Teachers should change the traditional teaching ideas and make good use of the new curriculum reform concept.During teaching,teachers'function is to lead, to help the students to develop creative thinking, divergent thinking, so as to achieve the goal of the new course education.Practice showed thatIn classroom teaching, selecting appropriate teaching strategy will help to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, to better develop students'ability. To improve effective teaching will become the direction of the teaching reform.
