Secondary vocational education, a social training of qualified, high-quality labors, is an important component of occupation technology education. The situation of teachers’ occupation morality directly influences the formation of comprehensive quality and professional skills of students in secondary vocational schools. In recent years, the overall trend of the teachers’ occupation morality is good, but there are still many problems and the trend of declining. At the same time, there are few literatures especially for the occupation morality of teachers in secondary vocational schools, so it is necessary and important to do the research into teachers’occupation morality in secondary vocational schools. I draw on previous research results, and combine with the working experience to have a further understanding of the status of secondary vocational school teachers occupation morality, using the access to information, questionnaires, the results of the analysis and comparison of the lists of Statistics, which result in finding out the main problems among the phenomenon and analyzing the causes of them. Faced with the problems, I put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen the construction of teachers’occupation morality in secondary vocational schools, separately from the teachers themselves, society, schools, business guidance departments and the administrative departments of education. First of all,to discipline teachers to strengthen the self-building morality; Secondly, to improve the social environment, and create a good atmosphere of moral construction; Thirdly, to stress the role of the school main channel, as well as the morality construction; Fourthly, to highlight the vocational education industry guidance and to promote education training and publicity; Fifthly, to strengthen the education administrative supervision, to improve the supervision and evaluation system of professional ethics. Only by using multi-strategies, making concerted efforts and promoting synergy, can we realize the upgrading and development of teachers’ occupation morality in secondary vocational schools.
