| With the rapid development of computer network technology industry, the demands are surging for the junior level talents of network technology. But at present, the secondary vocational education of computer network technology can not meet the demand of the social market in our country. Therefore, we need a high-quality team of network technical vocational education teachers. Based on the project of development of the training package of network engineering professional vocational education teacher undergraduate, which is organized by Ministry of Education and undertaken by Fujian Normal University, this thesis researches and designs network engineering professional vocational education teacher undergraduate training system faced secondary vocational education.Firstly, in order to learn from the advanced experience, this research studies and analyses the training mode of vocational teachers pre-service education of America, Germany, Australia and Taiwan area by literature research method and comparison research method. Secondly, in order to understand the situation of computer network technology specialty of secondary vocational schools, the demand of vocational teachers, and the existing problems in the current vocational education teacher undergraduate training mode, this thesis adopts the investigation of secondary vocational schools and looking up the datum to clear the direction of teacher training. Thirdly, according to the network engineering professional vocational education teacher undergraduate competency standards discussed by our project team, the training target and training standards of the training system are designed. And then, based on the training target, this thesis devides the curriculum structure into five knowledge areas, including ideological and political theory, literacy and numeracy, network engineering specialty, vocational technology education, teacher vocational skills and so on. Around the five knowledge areas, a detailed curricular teaching plan is developed. Finally, this thesis analyses the design of professional practice courses and educational practice courses in details, which achieves the target of training students the skills about doing and teaching.This training system designed in this paper equals the proportions of theory and practice, while greatly enhances the training proportion of vocational teacher literacy. |
