The Design And Implementation Of The Information System For Teachers’ Continuing Education And Training

With the development of education and the deepening of curriculum reform,the society has higher and higher professional requirements for teachers,thus promoting the development of continuing education and training is getting more and more important.The "network education" model has become the new mainstream of continuing education and training.The network training platform emerges as the times require under this condition.It can diversify the training means and achieves the sharing of the network resources of the course.The construction of the training platform can effectively improve the training quality.At the same time,int can improve the efficiency of continuing education and training.It can also reduce the workload of managers.However,the problems are: How to build an effective,professional training platform?How to manage the training of teachers and how to protect their personal information?How to improve the students’ interest in learning and how to improve the effect of learning? How to strengthen the security of the information system? This series of questions are the main problems of building the information system of teachers’ continuing education training.Thes is based on the actual needs of the work planning and training work of the training College of Lingnan Normal University(referred to as "teacher training").The paper focuses on the application of information technology in teacher training.Through the work I understand the shortages of teachers’ continuing education training and the needs of information system construction.Then a remote training information management system based on Web for primary and middle school teachers is designed and completed.A related security research has been done to make this operation and information data management safer and more stable.The system platform is divided into two modules,the two modules are divided into workshops,project management,teaching resources management,advanced study and training community management,training statistics,job performance statistics,big data analysis,system management,etc.Each level module contains multiple secondary modules.The system deal with all kind of things of the course,including the enrollment of trainees,data analysis(subject classification,positional titles classification and job classification,etc.),course learning,the training completion and class hour registration.Compared with the other similar systems,the system has built up a set of effective life-long education system management system on the basis of realizing the teacher management,training organization and management,the balanced development of education and the network platform.A large number of data assessment and statistical analysis.The system has the functions of data analysis and data interaction,in which data analysis is an analysis of the course selected by the trainees when they are on the line.On the other,the information of the teachers will be introduced into the system.The system will analyze the information of the teachers,such as the professional title,the subject,the study section and the research direction of the teachers,and provide a strong basis for the training division.This paper studies the design and implementation of the platform.The whole research sequence of the system platform is divided into five aspects: first,research background;second,system platform technology analysis;third,platform design;fourth,platform implementation;fifth,The safety of the platform.Through discussion and depth analysis,we can finally lay a foundation to research and develop a scientific,reasonable,practical and concise teachers’ continuing education training system.
