Since November18,2003, e-sports became the99th (after being re-defined as the first78) official sport of China’s General Administration of Sport acknowledge, and now has gone through eleven years. In this decade of development, electronic games in a completely deregulated environment had got a lot of omprovement, but E-sport still has many obstacles to go faraway, we must pay more attention to the E-sport clubs.Usingthe methods of the literature analysis, surveys, interviews and cases analysis the current situation of the development of e-sports deeply. Through the analysis the development of amateur clubs and the professional electronic sports club at the same time, finding the characteristics of it, in order to provide a good example for the E-sports industry, studying the management status and giving a deep study of the structure, athletes management, and marketing of the club, analyzing its characteristics, and finding the disadvantages of marketing and operating, and draw a conclusion:First, the outside factors limit the development of the E-sports; Second, E-sport does not has a completed industry chain, the self-improving of the club is on a low level; Third, there are some limitations of the sport manager; Fouth, the professionalization of E-sport club decide the development of the E-sport. On the basis of the conclusion, and put forward several suggestions:First, the government should give some right guidance to improve the outside factors;then the club union should do what it need to do, and establish the rule of this industry; third, improving the professionalization of the E-sport industry;at last, to improve the professional ability of the club manager. We hope the professional E-sports clubs act as a breakthrough, using the conclusion and suggestion to lead a more healthy, more reasonable ways of development.
