Professional Sports Clubs In China Under The Background Of Sports Power Research On Social Responsibility

After more than 20 years of development,professional sports clubs have made great contributions to the construction of sports power.However,with the growing influence of professional sports clubs,frequent negative events in professional sports events have also attracted more and more attention,which seriously affects the service quality and level of professional sports events.Based on this,this study introduce corporate social responsibility theory,from the visual Angle of professional sports club social responsibility,mainly adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative research paradigm,specific USES the literature material,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,grounded theory and in-depth interviews and other research methods,CBA club,for example,under the background of the professional sports clubs to sports power social responsibility about the present situation of research,in-depth sports power under the background of the factors affecting the social responsibility of professional sports clubs,further put forward to promote the professional sports clubs to better fulfill the social responsibility of the path.According to the study:(1)Both the direct stakeholders and the audience of professional sports clubs are not satisfied with the status quo of professional sports clubs fulfilling their social responsibilities.(2)by using grounded theory of qualitative research methods,by the open coding,axial coding,selective coding level 3 interpretation process,has extracted the relations,the responsibility consciousness,legally binding,supervision and evaluation mechanism,main category five main categories and profitability "CBA club the influence factors of social responsibility" core category,overall CBA club social responsibility influence factors due to internal factors,external factors two aspects.(3)Based on the above factors affecting CBA clubs’ social responsibility,in order to promote CBA clubs to better fulfill their social responsibilities,seven countermeasures are proposed from the perspectives of government,society and itself to promote professional sports clubs to fulfill their social responsibilities.They are: reducing excessive administrative intervention by the Chinese Basketball Association;Improve the efficiency of resource allocation in professional sports market;Perfect the relevant laws and policies concerning the social responsibility of professional sports clubs;Optimize the management system of professional sports clubs;To enhance the cognitive level of professional sports clubs’ main social responsibility;Establish the evaluation index system of social responsibility of professional sports clubs;We will improve the social responsibility supervision system of professional sports clubs.
