College student cadre is the backbone force of the educationmanagement in colleges and universities, is the cause of socialismwith Chinese characteristics of pillars just, is the main forceof national talent reserves, their comprehensive quality can beeither to a certain extent, reflects the quality of fosteringtalents in colleges and universities in China, has a directrelationship to the core competitiveness of the nationaldevelopment. So the problem of university student cadres traininghas the very strong practical significance.This article from the related theory of student cadre quality,with some universities in Shaanxi province as the research object,using literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, caseanalysis and comparative research investigated part of the currentsituation of college student cadres quality in Shaanxi province,summarizes the problems of Shaanxi college student cadre quality,analyses the causes of the problems, put forward the correspondingcountermeasures. The second part, the quality of college studentcadres must request. College student cadres are introduced in orderto better improve themselves and to complete its mission, shouldhave the ideological and moral, science, culture, health, ability and so on four aspects quality. The third part, on the currentShaanxi college student cadres quality investigation and analysisof the status quo. In Shaanxi province through the questionnaireinvestigation on the part of college students in colleges anduniversities, summed up the main problems existing in Shaanxiuniversity student cadre quality, including the utilitarianthought seriously, work attitude is not correct, study result notideal, and poor ability to resist down, and then analyzes the causeof the current Shaanxi college student cadres quality problem.
