| College student cadres are the future developers and builders of China,the mainstay of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the main force of the national talent reserve.The core quality of student cadres in colleges and universities is closely related to the development of our country,and the core quality of student cadres in colleges and universities is also a direct reflection of the quality of talents training in our colleges and universities.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the core quality of college student cadres.First of all,on the basis of sorting out the domestic and foreign research results on the quality and literacy of college student cadres,this study defines the connotation of college student cadres and core literacy,and summarizes the basic content of college student cadres according to relevant theories,books and policy documents.Secondly,in the empirical research part,questionnaire survey and interview are adopted to deeply explore the current situation of the core literacy of college student cadres.Questionnaires are compiled and investigated from the four dimensions of political and moral quality,knowledge quality,ability quality and psychological quality,and the problems reflected in the core literacy of college student cadres are summarized through data,and the reasons are deeply explored.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the core quality of college student cadres.After sorting out and analyzing the results of the questionnaire and interview,the following conclusions are drawn: first,the core quality of college student cadres presents a medium level in four dimensions;Second,there are significant differences in the core quality of college student cadres in grade,major and whether they are the only child.The results show that the core quality of college student cadres.This study takes the connotation,constituent elements and cultivation principles of the core literacy of college student cadres as the theoretical basis,takes the student cadres of H University as the main research object,and investigates and analyzes the current situation of the core literacy of college student cadres from the four dimensions of political and moral quality,knowledge quality,ability quality and psychological quality in turn.Through the interview and questionnaire survey of student cadres in H University,it is found that there are many problems in the core quality of student cadres in H University.Student cadres lack the spirit of dedication and dedication,student cadres themselves "micro corruption" phenomenon is serious,student cadres self-management ability is poor,lack of reflection and summary ability,poor psychological quality of student cadres in colleges and universities and student cadres system construction lack of science and rationality.Combined with domestic and foreign research results and in-depth interviews with student cadres,the influential factors are analyzed from the family,social level,school level and student cadres themselves.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the core literacy of student cadres in colleges and universities,this study puts forward improvement countermeasures from three aspects: society,universities and student cadres themselves.At the social level,the media should play the right value-oriented role and parents should set up the right educational concept.At the university level: improve the attention of the student cadre team,clarify the training objectives,improve the working mechanism of student cadre training,standardize the training process,strengthen the theoretical training of student cadres,and improve the practical ability;Student cadres: student cadres should strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge,student cadres should actively participate in social practice. |
