The new curriculum standards require that we shoud not only train and developstudents’ intellectual factors, but also highlight the impact of non-intelligence factors onstudent academic performance, self-efficacy is a non-intellectual factors, it has played akey role on human potential,it controls people’s thinking and behavior,this paper selects anon-intellectual factor-self-efficacy sense to study.This paper used literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method,peer group experimental method, mathematical statistics method.First, I combed researchstatus of the scholars in domestic and foreign of learning self-efficacy and mathematicslearning self-efficacy. Secondly, refering to the relevant literature and the actual situationof our school prepared questionnaire of high school studengt mathematics learningself-efficacy,investigated948students in our school the status of mathematics learningself-efficacy in the high school that I work in,and studied the differences in mathematicslearning self-efficacy from such aspects as grade, gender, family, school level and so on.Once more, combining above survey and the actual situation of our students,I proposedexperimental research programs in middle school mathematics learning self-efficacy,andput into practices, after a four-month experimental study, and achieved certainresults.Finally, this article was summarized from the status of high school studentsmathematics learning self-efficacy and experimental aspects, gave teaching suggestions, atthe same time reflected the insufficiency in the research and direction of future research inthis article.
