In a favorable environment for China’s social and economic development of cultural and sports has also been an unprecedented development, With expanding enrollment work in full swing, sports master also becoming increasingly popular, Quality sports training graduate students have also been widespread concern in society, employment issues sports graduate students slightly tight, and Beijing University of Physical Education as a leader in the field of sports in the sports sector should also come to the forefront, therefore, Our school should be a positive attitude towards the problems.In this paper, literature, mathematical statistics, questionnaire-level expert interviews Sanda special master’s Graduate School of Beijing University of Physical Education Special Education conducted a survey and research capabilities. Based on the need to design thesis,"Beijing University of Physical Education Special Education Master Sanda’s ability to investigate and analyze" questionnaire, The results obtained through surveys and graduate students of our school culture Sanda actual link to find correlation between job training to help my school Sanda graduate students. After investigation concluded as follows:1)Master Sanda my school students are enrolled in the professional level of theory and cultural enrichment higher level, but the big difference between the level of expertise, there is no pressure in the employment situation in the community, my school graduate employment Sanda still relatively optimistic and positive attitude, but in the direction of the future employment does not explore new ideas, mostly confined to school work.2)Sanda teaching abilities, including the ability to develop the ability to implement the teaching of relevant documents, teaching organization, several aspects of innovation and comprehensive evaluation of teaching effectiveness ability teaching practice and so on. 3)At present, the school Sanda graduate students in education and training process of the creation of the special theory courses, meetting the needs of graduate students in general, but in specific technical and tactical aspects is still relatively weak, the lack of systematic planning.4)Master Sanda my school teaching students in ways to develop the ability to raise the level of documents taken relatively simple, mainly through teaching internship mentor can be achieved, yet have a special uniform training curriculum and examination program.
