It advocates to improve the scientificliteracy and the independent learning of students. In addition, it also focuses on thecultivation of students’ inquiry ability, learning ability, problem solving ability and theenhancement of students’ sense of social responsibility, cooperation spirit and innovationawareness. Biological activities of science and technology, with practical, subjectivity,flexibility and innovation as its characteristics, plays an important role in cultivating students’learning interest, hobbies, scientific literacy and abilities. It has become an important way toimplement quality education for schools. Study on the biological activities of science andtechnology series of grade seven can enrich students’ biological activities in science andtechnology, and promote the biology teachers on front to pay sttention to the development ofbiological science and technology program of activities.Biological science and technology activities has various forms, can be classifiedaccording to different method. Among them, it can be divided into thematic inquiry activities,experiment activities, observation activities, production activities, visit activities,investigation activities and cultivation or feeding activities according to the activity content.Situated learning theory, multi-intelligence theory, humanistic psychology and the study ofvarious theories have guiding significance for the design of biological science and technologyactivity plan.In order to understand the demand of the biological activities of science and technologyplan, a questionnaire survey is made within five high school of600students and38biologyteachers in Daming county. Survey results show that, the situation of biological scientificactivities nowadays is not good. The main factors affecting the biological scientific activitiesimplementation is the lack of suitable biological science and technology activities schemeand teachers need new feasible biological science and technology program of activities toguide the biological activities of science and technology. This provides the reality basis forthe development of grade seven biotech activity plans.The focus of this research component is seven grade biology technology programs andnew biology technology program design and development example for seven grade. The guiding ideology of biological science and technology program of activities designed to theguidance of new curriculum biology science and technology activities of the content and formof selection; the ecological environmental awareness into the biological activities of scienceand technology; let the network into the biological activities of science and technology. Thedesign of the biology science and technology should follow the principles of scientific,feasibility and interesting. Biotechnology program development way has two kinds, one isfrom the teaching practice, the other is from the media resources. The general developmentprocess biological activities of science and technology plan involves the theme activities,collection and selection, analysis, determine the activity goals, clear material activities, formsof activities, determine the design scheme, implementation scheme, correction program.
