After the basic framework of core literacy in our country has been established,it has become the focus of research in the education sector and the key to deepening basic education curriculum reform and achieving quality education goals.However,the implementation of core literacy needs to be reflected on the subject curriculum.In addition to the selection and change of teaching content,the implementation of its core literacy needs to change the learning and teaching model.The basic method of current teaching is still based on knowledge instilling and skill training.If we want to turn this teaching into a “core literacy-based” teaching,we need to actively change this “knowledge-based” learning approach and Teaching mode.This research is mainly based on the biological core qualities(life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,social responsibility),through the methods of literature analysis,investigation and research,field research,etc.,to the first middle school in Guiyang(hereinafter referred to as Guiyang No.1 Middle School).The biotechnology activities that have been set up will be combed,and their development value will be tapped.Based on the plant science and technology activities,the school-based curriculum with the characteristics of this school will be applied to practical teaching.The following conclusions can be drawn from this research:1.It is feasible to transform science and technology activities into school-based curriculum;2.Plant Science and Technology Activities The school-based curriculum can cultivate students' core qualities in biology;3.Develop a school-based curriculum of plant science and technology activities to explore a basic approach to school-based curriculum development(outdoor practice? theoretical explanation ? scientific inquiry)and basic principles(localization principles,principles of life utility,safety principles,applicability principles,and Innovative principles);4.Based on biological core qualities,the plant science and technology activities will be developed into school-based curriculum as a reference material for follow-up researchers and the development of other school-based curricula to implement the promotion paradigm for the cultivation of students' core qualities.Based on the literature reading and this research,the author proposes the following suggestions:1.The development of school-based curriculum in plant science and technology activities should make full use of local resources;2.The development of school-based curriculum in plant science and technology activities should fully consider the students' learning needs;3.The teaching philosophy of teachers under the new curriculum standards needs to be changed.The teaching should focus on the needs of students in adapting to future social and personal lives.
