In today’s era of knowledge explosion, any education can not be all human knowledge to learners, the task of education is to enable students to learn from the knowledge into the students’ learning ability, however, reading teaching in high school management at present remains inefficient, blind, severely depressed students learning self-confidence and positive and also limits the development of students’ initiative.The traditional teaching of Chinese reading advocate teacher speak clearly, state of teaching students to listen carefully. However, in this study, according to survey shows that due to the traditional reading teaching with the teacher as the main body, knowledge-based results worrisome:the dull atmosphere in the classroom, students are not willing to participate actively in Chinese speech in the classroom; teacher is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, poor survival in weariness; students’ knowledge migration ability, language expression ability weak, eventually led to the quality of teaching is still hovering in place, no further development of students learning ability.In this study the Chinese beyond text is a part of " naturally individualized teaching".This is a new way of reading teaching. This requires further development of the text, Experiments have been implemented in XH high school. This study conducted the investigation and test interviews, on experimental school teachers and students, have proved that the reading management, not only can effectively improve the quality of teaching, the relationship between teachers and students, but also can ease the students’ learning anxiety, let teachers feel professional happiness.Overall, this study focuses on the historical background and the reality of education background. The " beyond text "," beyond text management" are defined; in order to naturally individualized teaching theory as the theoretical basis of infrastructure over the reading high school of management; expounds indetail design, the reading of organization, regulation and evaluation; introduces the experience and effect of beyond text management experimental school, and puts forward some suggestions on the basis of reflection, and strive to implement over the reading management and provide a theoretical reference and application reference for high school teachers.
