Research is from melting, specialization, democracy, rule of lawin four aspects, through the creation of "I you" relationship between teachers and students,establishing vertical type, level of management system, the formation of humanism,democracy, rule of law governance environment, promote the autonomy of college studentsand students in four ways to achieve "good student management the aim of treatment".
