As an important practical teaching course for students in higher vocational colleges,in-post practice has become an important way to cultivate students' practical ability and improve their comprehensive quality.The quality of in-post practice is related to the overall quality of talent training in YL colleges.Currently,major problems emerging in the internship process of YL universities include: insufficient mobilization of internship,lax organization of internship,low fit between internship enterprises and positions and students' professional knowledge,high turnover rate during internship,and poor evaluation of internship.These problems directly affect the quality and effect of in-post practice and ultimately affect the quality of talent training.This study based on field work sample colleges become a mere formality,the quality is not high status of field work,field work plan,field work execution,assessment of field work,field work summarizes the four stages as the time node,such as school,enterprise,society and family field work stakeholders as the research object,deeply analyze the field work in each phase of the quality problems,and analyze the causes of quality problems,and by using the theory of PDCA cycle is how to make students field work of quality management is discussed.Through visiting vocational colleges and internship cooperative enterprises inside and outside the province,I talked with relevant personnel,invited experts from schools and enterprises inside and outside the province to formulate the on-post internship plan based on the actual situation of YL colleges,and determined the evaluation index in the internship evaluation system.Combined with PDCA cycle theory,AHP is used to establish an objective and effective evaluation system for the internship effect.Use the evaluation system to evaluate the on-post internship projects before the improvement of the accounting major in the sample universities,and analyze the existing quality problems and the causes of formation.Aiming at the quality problem,the improvement plan is put forward based on PDCA cycle theory,and the specific application of the improved in-post internship project is introduced.By comparing the quality of post practice before and after the application of PDCA cycle theory and evaluation system,it can be concluded that the quality and effect of post practice are improved.
