LinXia as a typical minority autonomous prefecture, has a typical culture, typical customs, typical religious belief, the typical psychological characteristics, these factors with typical characteristics of LinXia plays a considerable role in the development of social economy, profoundly influence the measure of happiness.This article on the basis of predecessors’ research, first of all measures of happiness, happiness and happiness to redefine the concept of; Secondly to refer to the literature at home and abroad has carried on the summary of the review; Set from the economic development, social harmony, the quality of life, culture, education, resources and environment, the five modules, a total of20indicators index system was constructed happiness index, and from the living conditions and quality of life, personal value module, a total of24indicators to build the index system research of subjective well-being.
