Elementary and middle school students in basic education are in a critical period of physical and mental development.Organizing students to participate in necessary labor activities and regular labor education for elementary and middle school students is of great benefit to them forming a correct outlook on labor and labor values.In order to give full play to the important educational value of labor education in building morality,enhancing intelligence,strengthening physical fitness,and cultivating beauty,we should further deepen the research and understanding of labor education in primary and secondary schools,so as to continuously grasp the essential laws of labor education.Promote the steady and far-reaching work of labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era.This article mainly uses the literature analysis method and the historical research method to sort out the policy documents related to labor education in primary and secondary schools issued by the party and the state since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Based on careful study,summary,and thinking,it tries to follow the disciplines of labor education.The curriculum divides the evolution of primary and secondary school labor education into different time stages,and on this basis,we have a comprehensive understanding of the era background,educational background,labor education purpose,labor education curriculum and other related content of the development of primary and secondary school labor education since the founding of New China;Based on a comprehensive grasp of the history of the development of primary and secondary school labor education,the paper attempts to further explore the unique development characteristics of primary and secondary school labor education since the founding of New China,summarize the excellent experience it has obtained,and try to propose that the development of primary and secondary school labor education in the new era should be paid attention to.At the end of the thesis,I try to give a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the overall development of primary and secondary school labor education in the new era.The study found that we should work hard to grasp a series of key issues in primary and secondary labor education,and strive to implement and complete the primary and secondary labor education work on the basis of fully grasping the main contradictions of labor education.The specific recommendations are as follows: We must continue to do a good job in the theoretical research of labor education in primary and secondary schools;avoid the phenomenon of labor without labor education;handle the relationship between labor practice activities and labor skills learning;emphasizing the labor experience and labor experience of the educated Internalization issues;pay attention to the relationship between school basic curriculum and labor education;pay attention to the important status of the family in school labor education and other issues.We believe that on the basis of multi-party cooperation,the labor education work of primary and secondary schools in the new era will definitely play its important value in cultivating all-round socialist builders and successors.
