The eastern population growth continued to slow and negative insome areas. In long-term stability under the condition of low birth rate, thepopulation distribution mainly affected by population migration in InnerMongolia. The main flow of population removal still is from the backwardarea to concentrate in developed regions. It will be increasing the proportionof the population and the population density in these areas.
