Research On The Employment Conceptons Of Contemporary Female Graduate Students

The female graduate is an important part of female human resources in our country and the employment problem influences the stability and harmony of our society. This problem also gets our society’s attention. As everyone knows, our country is now in a period of social transition. And with the increase of graduate students and the jump of female graduate students’percentage, the employment situation of graduate, especially female graduate, is very grim. Causes of this problem are in many aspects and the problems of female graduate’s employment view is a very important factor of it. Therefore, it is very important to get a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of female master’s employment concept, specific analysis of the problems and reasons, guidance of female graduate correct employment view and providing help for their successful employment.This paper based on Chinese Marxism employment thought and analyzed the present situation of contemporary female graduate’s employment view comprehensively from some aspects of the employment objective, employment orientation, entrepreneurial awareness, employment attitude by a questionnaire survey on employment view. Some problems of female master’s employment view are summed up, such as the value of grass-roots employment misunderstanding, stable work, poor entrepreneurial awareness, employment dependence, the obvious herd mentality, the lack of occupation career planning, and integrity awareness needs to be strengthened, etc. The reasons of society, school, and person can explain the problem of female graduate employment outlook. On this basis, some exploratory suggestions are put forward for the female graduate students in order to establish a correct concept of employment. These suggestions include improving relevant policies and regulations, optimizing the employment environment of female graduate, improving career guidance. The implementation of female graduate employment concept needs to be integrated into Marxism theory education, deep the social practice, changing the concept of family education and cultivate female consciousness of independence. At the same time, we should keep the attitude of seeking truth from facts of combining proactive employment, handling correctly the relationship between self value and social value, and choosing the way of employment to combine self-employment and starting their own businesses.
