Female graduate employment has become a hot issue. During the employment process, as for gender, age and other factors, it is not a satisfied result for their job-hunting.Two traditional modes, psychological counseling and employment guidance center mode, in female graduate employment service have shortcomings. The two modes lacked the gender sensitivity and proper perspective.Feminism is an effective perspective.lt accepts social gender is a performance of social inequality and the inequality is not a result of capability but a construction of history、social and culture factors.Feminism acknowledges females value and rebuild female’s image. This paper used a qualitative study method and the author interview some female graduates and also combined with literature search, observation in order to find out the characteristics and performance of perceived barriers in employment the female master. The study found these perceived barriers in employment and according to the source, these barriers can be divided into internal factors and external factors. Internal factors included selective unemployment, anxiety, and lack of professional ability and so on. External factors included employment competition situation, gender&age discrimination, family background and important others’oppose. Most barriers are not caused by individual factors, but unequal social culture, society structure and power relationship. Feminism intervention includes listening female experience, redefining the problem, trusting female’s ability to change the predicament, constructing social support networks and empowering.As for special methods, it will use a combination of individual, group, community these three traditional methods.Feminist perspective also determines the social worker’s role. The worker not only provides service, support but also the most importantly, to advocate, promote collective action in order to change the unreasonable policy, maintain the rights and interests of female masters.What’s more,the worker and researcher should have sense of self-examination.After setting forth the feminism strategy,this paper tried to explore the possible limitations.For example, evaluation of intervention effect,female hegemony, operationalization and social structure change.At the end,this paper probed in trend of development by using feminist method in female graduate perceived employment barriers. It means focus on qualitative research,researcher’s influence on project and in addition,collecting data is faced with ethics difficult problem.
