In Taijiquan teaching, teaching method is an important means to accomplish the taskof teaching, to achieve the teaching goal, teaching is part of the most flexible, the mostimportant, the scientific teaching method choice obviously help to carry out the teachingand to enhance the quality of teaching. At present, the traditional decomposition ofteaching, video teaching and repeat the training way still use the Wu Style Taijiquanteaching, teachers often adopt "a password, cramming method of teaching an action", andasked "constantly repeated practice", in order to achieve the accuracy of action, over thepursuit of normative Taijiquan external action the neglect of Taijiquan, inherent in thenature of things, the learning practice and play, learning effect is poor. How to adopteffective teaching methods, enhance the Wu Style Taijiquan teaching effect, educators,scholars have long been of concern, while teaching the eight party line is undoubtedly theWu Style Taijiquan teaching provides the best way. This paper tries to put forward thehistorical background and basis of teaching method through eight party line of distinction,characteristic of teaching method of eight party line and other teaching methods to conductthe comparison research, summarizes the eight party line teaching method of rationality inhuman physiological structure, elaborate the teaching method of eight party line movementroute, the teaching method of the eight party line the significance and value ofpopularization of Wu Style Taijiquan for, aims to promote the teaching method of eightparty line, improve the Wu Style Taijiquan teaching effect, promote the inheritance anddevelopment of the Wu style taijiquan.Through the research, this paper gets the basic conclusions are as follows:(1) Teaching method of eight party line is to the five elements gossip as the directionangle, a practitioner of body size, advance and retreat of flexion and extension range forlayout, combined with the body instinct, a fist forms designed reasonable standard ofaction line, make the step, method, technique and method have eyes manners to follow."An ethereal smart Shu," this is the most basic requirement of Taijiquan, the eight partyline solution is precisely these two questions.(2) The Taijiquan is a very complex course, teaching methods should be selectedlocation factors such as comprehensive consideration set end when the level of handposture, type, step type size, action, through the teaching of eight party line method ishelpful to help practitioners to establishing the concept of "spatial localization", so thatpractitioners in the practice process can not consciously through this concept to regulate movement direction, range.(3) From the anatomical point of view, teaching eight party line according to thecharacteristics of Taijiquan to understand the orientation, the direction and magnitude ofadaptation of joints of the human body, not too stiff, stiff movements, accords with thephysiological structure of human body movement anatomy, make flexible action standard,also can avoid making joint injury. From the kinematic point of view, angle step,manipulation before and after, according to the eight party lines about to change, showcontrol free properly, and is light and flexible.(4) Found that the teaching experiment for three and a half months, teaching methodof eight party line to help students better understand the shadowboxing, improve thescience, practice Tai Chi interest, to enable students to take the initiative to learn Tai ChiChuan more lasting, improving the students’ ability of independent learning Taijiquan andlearning when confidence, master the technology better.
