In Taijiquan teaching, teaching method is an important means to accomplish the taskof teaching, to achieve the teaching goal, teaching is part of the most flexible, the mostimportant, the scientific teaching method choice obviously help to carry out the teachingand to enhance the quality of teaching. At present, the traditional decomposition ofteaching, video teaching and repeat the training way still use the Wu Style Taijiquanteaching, teachers often adopt "a password, cramming method of teaching an action", andasked "constantly repeated practice", in order to achieve the accuracy of action, over thepursuit of normative Taijiquan external action the neglect of Taijiquan, inherent in thenature of things, the learning practice and play, learning effect is poor. How to adopteffective teaching methods, enhance the Wu Style Taijiquan teaching effect, educators,scholars have long been of concern, while teaching the eight party line is undoubtedly theWu Style Taijiquan teaching provides the best way.
