The Party’s Third Plenary Session of eighteen has passed through “A decision oncompletely deepen the reform of several significant problems made by the CentralCommittee of the Communist Party”, which made great deployment in the field ofeducation, saying “we should fully implement the party’s education policy, stick tomoral education, strengthen the education of the socialist core value system, improvethe education of Chinese traditional culture, form the habit of study-loving,labor-loving and nation-loving, and at last strengthen the students’ responsibility forthe society, creative spirit and practical ability”. The Minister of Education YuanGuiren emphasized that we should consider moral education as the basic orientation.We should essentially educate students and moral education comes first. All we hopeis help the students develop in all aspects with abilities cultivated first. We will try ourbest to provide the students with proper education to help them be helpful in future.This great deployment of the Party and the State focuses on the theory of peopleoriented, emphasizing the respect of the value of the students’ life and develop thestudents’ human talent, which consider the improvement and the development as theultimate goal of education.However, under the situation of not getting rid of examination-orientededucation, the education of all levels in our country doesn’t completely coordinatewith the theory of people oriented, which restrict the effect and the efficiency ofeducation to some degree. This essay put the administration of the English class ofsenior high school as the breakthrough point, trying to analyze the successful andefficient examples of the administration of the English class of senior high school andresearch the opposite examples by questionnaire, interview, attending classes andother specific examples research. Try to grasp the situation of the administration ofthe English class in senior high school in general and analyze the problems andreasons of it. Research the improvement of the administration of the English class in senior high school in the perspective of humanism and provide some help in enrichingthe theory of the administration.This research insists on the direction of the goal with the purpose of thefollowings:(1) Help the students improve the ability of obtaining the English basicknowledge of language and the ability of finding the problems in the process ofstudying and practicing English, analyzing the problems and solving these problems.Play an important role of language education in promoting the students’ developmentin all aspects.(2) Reset the role of the teacher in senior high school and change theway of thinking in teaching. Explore the new strategies of the administration ofEnglish class in senior high school and develop a habit of remark and reflect on theeffective administration and then promote the professional development of Englishteachers.(3) Improve the strategies of the administration of the English class in seniorhigh school and set up a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Provide a reliable reference to the further research of the study on applying theHumanism to the administration of English class in senior high school.
