With the deepening of education reform,in the new curriculum standard,it is required to take the cultivation of geographical core literacy as the goal of high school geographical education,and the geographical core literacy pays more attention to the overall development of students,which requires the reform of high school geography classroom teaching management.Humanism pays attention to the realization of students' subject status and the cultivation of comprehensive quality.In order to promote geography educators to realize the importance of students' subject status and improve the management level of geography classroom teaching in senior high school,this paper,from the perspective of humanism,uses questionnaire survey and interview method to study the teaching management of geography classroom in senior high school in Xinghua.According to the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the current geography classroom teaching management in senior high school,such as the single classroom teaching environment,the old classroom management model of teachers,and the limitation of management effect.Combined with the problems of geography classroom teaching management in senior high school,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems,such as the lag of the idea of geography classroom teaching management in senior high school,the rigidity of classroom teaching management system and strategy,the lack of attention to geography classroom teaching management in school,the low awareness of students' self-management,the lack of enthusiasm for geography learning and the constant infiltration of examination oriented education concept in society.It is found that there are some problems in the current geography classroom teaching management,such as,the single classroom teaching environment,the lagging management concept,the rigid management system and strategy,and the strong limitation of management effect.Combined with the problems of geography classroom teaching management in senior high school,this paper analyzed the causes of the problems.They are exposed as follows:the deep-rooted traditional education management concept,the lack of attention to geography classroom teaching management,the lack of humanistic theoretical literacy of teachers,the old management method,the low self-management consciousness of students,the lack of enthusiasm for learning geography and the constant infiltration of examination oriented education concept in society.In view of these problems and reasons,this paper put forward some concrete measures,such as the construction of humanistic classroom teaching environment,the transformation of traditional classroom education management concept,the implementation of multi-directional teaching,the reform of classroom teaching management mode,the enhancement of students' self-management consciousness,the improvement of students' self-management level and the effect of multi evaluation classroom teaching management,to provide reference for the improvement of high school geography classroom teaching management.
