According to the central severe situation about effective improvement of teenagers’declining relevant documents spirit, China formulated the "iron man three items into thecampus"2013--20132016work plan and implementation plan."Iron man three items intothe campus" is to the iron man three sports as the carrier, the integration of school sportsresources, sports activities and extracurricular sports activities in all types of schools at alllevels. For the specific implementation of the "iron man three items into the campus" program,Beijing city started the school campus Ironman three events from2012, for the birth of a newevent, especially the preliminary attempt to combine the movement difficulty and intensity ofrelatively large iron man three competitions and the body is not yet fully development ofprimary and middle school students, there may be the problems in the competition held in.How can the project settings, tournament competition form, organization management,personnel training and so gradually improving, and can more effectively carry out of thisevent, a better training and improve the students’ psychological quality and physical quality,so that each student can become a compound talents who are all-round development, nationaland the need of the society, these are worthy of our exploration of the subject.In this study, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis, launched in Beijing City elementary and middleschools campus Triathlon conducts the investigation and study, the basic situation of the game,the organization management, the advantages and the disadvantages of event developmentinvestigation and analysis, the questionnaire survey of race participants and managers, to anew event of complete is dedicated to everyone, the results are as follows:1) the Ironman three events now held5primary and junior high schools in Beijing City,the event is small in scale, but from2012to2014the teams and the number of entries are agrowing trend; venue in Beijing city held the47th science and the State EnvironmentalProtection Department of the Beijing conference and training center.2) the Ironman three events set up campus iron man three and campus iron man twoprimary and junior high schools in Beijing City, the campus iron man three items includingswimming, BMX and running, campus iron man two items including swimming and running;each group of each project from the setting in a few games change; project set up witheconomy, safety and effectiveness.3) primary and junior high schools in Beijing City, iron man three athletes trainingperiod generally shorter, have their own good at project three items, the lack ofcomprehensive ability of athletes; training of athletes’ motivation is positive, but the way tounderstand campus iron man three tournament Co.; athlete’s training time is too less, the lack of systematic training guidance; equipment to meet the situation is not optimistic, the parentsfor the campus iron man three cognitive degree is limited, for athletes training support attitudeto be improved;4) primary and junior high schools in Beijing City, iron man three tournamentorganization managers mainly from the Beijing Ironman three sports associations, universitiesand primary and middle schools; the post of reasonable distribution, age structure is suitablefor but lack of young managers; their professional background and education level are tocontribute to the development of events.5) by SWOT analysis of Ironman three events development of primary and secondaryschool campus in Beijing City, the advantage of the national related policy support; the charmof its own huge project; preliminary attempt with the gradual optimization of event; eventmatching. Disadvantages include event experience significantly lacking; regionaldevelopment is not balanced. The opportunity has started late, rising in a large space; event tospecialization, popularity of ascension. Threats include event organization and managementsystem is not perfect; develop the sponsor market.6) the Ironman three events development strategies include increased publicity and createan atmosphere of campus in primary and secondary schools in Beijing City, expanding thetournament to expand influence; strengthen personnel training, optimize the game quality;establish professional campus Ironman three training team, scientific training system;strengthen the organization construction, the relevant policy support; to increase the numberof campus Ironman three events, development the venue; improve the management system,increase the event security; increased funding support, ensure the quality of game.
