Primary School Music Teachers’ Professional Development The Present Situation Investigation And Countermeasure

Nowadays, with the reform of music educational courses in China,professionalization of music teacher has received great attention. It’s not only decidedby the property of music teacher, but also the predominance of music teacher.Therefore, through understanding and analyzing the professional situation of musicteachers in primary school will greatly promote the professionalization of musicteacher in primary school.The author takes Zhifu district as the example in this research which is basedon the development of teachers’ professionalization in primary school. The authorinterviewed some teachers in primary school as well as some researchers and knowsthe current situation of teachers’ professionalization in primary school in Zhifu district.In the thesis, the author first elaborates the conceptions such as the meaning of theresearch, literature review, object of study and the development of teachers’professionalization and musical teachers. The author also gives this personal opinionon the base of relevant research and puts the foundation to explore the development ofmusical teacher’s professionalization.Second, the author does the research on the development of musical teacher’sprofessionalization in primary school from professional knowledge, professional skilland professional ethics, does the summary on the professional knowledge, professionalskill and professional ethics. The last, combining with the survey of the currentsituation of musical teacher’s professionalization in primary school, Some copyingstrategies are put forward to promote the development of musical teacher’sprofessionalization which includes the establishment of the professional environment,good awareness of professionalization, good mentality and Strengthen Action research,Strengthen case study,and study in the school,...
