Lack of professionalism is the key factor that restrict the quality of inclusive education and also the weak link to improve the quality of inclusive education.The research shows that the level of professionalism of inclusive teachers has been improved greatly at present,but there are still three problems exist: Firstly,the inclusive teachers do not understand the meaning of the significance of the inclusive education fully,the do not have a deep understanding of the philosophy of inclusive education,and even have misunderstanding and low recognition about inclusive education.Secondly,the professional knowledge of inclusive teachers is weak,and they don't understand either the rule of the physical and mental development or the learning characters of the students with special educational needs.Thirdly,the inclusive teachers require the students with special education needs and normal ones with same standards,and they can't develop personalized learning plans for the students with special education needs.So,the professional ability of inclusive teachers are need to be improved.The needs of professional development have obvious characteristics of hierarchy and diversity.In the terms of professional development content,they want to improve the ability to communicate with the students with special educational needs,to help the students and to enhance their ability of educating and teaching.In the way of professional development promotion,they expected to receive systematic training,discussion with the teachers of resource center regularly,and the regular guidance from the experts at their schools.They still want the communication school to school and teacher to teacher.In terms of follow-up and guidance,they are more inclined to establish the communication platform,conduct interviews and organize evaluations.Besides,they prefer to get a raise,the support and cooperation of the students' parents and the recognition of their school and the social.There are many factors influencing the professional development pf inclusive teachers.First of all,the school administrators don't pay enough attention to the inclusive education.Secondly,the inclusive teachers haven't felt the sense of achievement during inclusive educational activities.Thirdly,the assessment criterion direction is unclear.Forth,the training for inclusive teachers are insufficient and the guidance for the inclusive teachers are not enough.The last one,the professional development platform of inclusive teachers is not sufficient.To improve the professional level of inclusive teachers,it is necessary to promote by multiple subjects and channels.Firstly,the educational administrative departments should set up the professional development platform and create the inclusive educational atmosphere.Secondly,the special educational resource centers should enhance the pertinence of the training for inclusive teachers and improve the effectiveness of professional guidance.Thirdly,the schools should establish the development community and the evaluation guidance mechanism.
