In this study, the education of Zhongshan company as the research object, discuss the education industry employee satisfaction, to seek how to improve methods of employee satisfaction, and provide suggestions on human resource management.This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey, a total of305questionnaires were sent out, and287valid questionnaires were recovered. In the questionnaire data analysis on the reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and the principal component analysis method. First, the reliability analysis and validity analysis of the questionnaire, the results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are acceptable; secondly according to the descriptive statistics of each factor score of the impact of employee satisfaction questionnaire; the principal component analysis method to determine the relative weights of factors effect on employee satisfaction.The results of data analysis showed that:Zhongshan education company employee satisfaction is on a lower middle level, the weights of the factors in employee satisfaction in the relatively large and satisfaction is relatively low in the work itself, salary and welfare and personal performance goals. These problems make the company work in follow-up to improve employee satisfaction is targeted.According to the analysis results, the paper puts forward the following to improve the implementation scheme of employee satisfaction and suggestions on Zhongshan education company:perfect company salary and welfare system, introducing scientific job analysis, establish a scientific and effective performance management system. In order to make the employee satisfaction implementation plan be implemented effectively, fully exert its function, the company made the following implementation, security work, in order to employee satisfaction for more effective implementation of high-level, middle-level:promote effective implementation of employee satisfaction is critical for successful implementation of the case, pay attention to communication in the process of raising employee satisfaction, long-acting mechanism of enterprise culture based on human.
