Study On The Training Mode Of High Skilled Talents In Hunan Vocational Colleges

With the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure of our country,the proportion of strategic emerging industry is increasing. Servicing and promotingthe development of the economic society requires not only academic talents andscientific research personnel who has academic knowledge, but also highly skilledtalents who has rich practical experience. Shortage of high skilled talents has becomeakey problem in our country. Faced with this reality, it is the unshirkable response-bility and mission of higher vocational education. However,there is still a Consid-erable gap between highly skilled person’s resources and the actual needs of thecommunity, the training model as the core elements of personnel training has yet tobe further improved. The training of high skilled talents is a systematic work, needsparticipation of the government, school, society, enterprises and other multi-party.The research uses the experience of advanced vocatonal education in German,America and Austrialia and explores a pattern of talents training in Higher VocationalEducation on the basis of public managenment, whose patttern requires the gove-rnment, the society and the enterprise to participate in it and whose pattern trainstalents for Higher Vocational Education.The thesis mainly study it from four aspects. Firstly, discuss the concept, featureand constraint factors of training high skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.Secondly, Based on aforementioned background, analyzing the current situation, exi-sting problem of high skilled personnel of higher vocational education in hunan. Atpresent, due to lack of training mode of concept, lack of resources or inadequate gov-ernment policies, Curriculum system is not based on occupation development, pra-cticalskills teaching become formalistic, talent evaluation mainly based on vocationalcolleges. thirdly, discussing the current situation, characteristics and experience of advanced vocatonal education in German, America and Austrialia. Finally, according tothe actual situation in our country,put forward countermeasures and suggestions of reform and construction of training high skilled talents of higher vocational educationin hunan. On the one hand, put forward the suggestions of policies and regulations,management system, the third party evaluation and occupation standard system. On the other hand, put forward the suggestions of o the education teaching idea, curriculum system, teaches, practice condition.
