Under the impetus of comprehensive deepening reform,the change from "Made i n China" to "intelligence in China" has not only increased the demand for highly skill ed talents,but also put forward higher requirements for the skills and quality of highl y skilled talents.Higher vocational colleges are one of the main ways to cultivate qua si-high-skilled talents,and shoulder the important task of cultivating high-skilled talents.Therefore,this article takes Guangzhou city vocational colleges as the object of analy sis,investigates how to cultivate high-skilled talents,and explores the suitable training path in order to improve the performance of personnel training in higher vocational c olleges.This paper uses the literature analysis method to sort out and analyze the related research literature in our country,define the talent cultivation of higher vocational coll eges and locate the high-skilled talents,and the high-skilled talents have the "high qua lity" requirement in cultivating the specifications,but in the skill level On the develop ment of high-skilled personnel.The use of competency iceberg theory analysis of high-skilled personnel training should not only take into account the basic quality(know ledge,skills)training but also to develop the quality of identification(self-concept,personality characteristics and quality,motivation).Complete knowledge structure,super b skills,good personality characteristics and quality,achievement goals motive,these q ualities are the main factors that affect the individual's success,vocational colleges nee d to be cultivated and attention from these aspects.In addition,"do secondary school",situational learning,individualized training,individualized teaching is an effective way to cultivate quasi-high-skilled talents;learning,training,workplace practice repeated s piral alternation is quasi-high-skilled talent formation process.This paper makes a comparative study on the status quo of accounting profession al development of four vocational colleges in Guangzhou from the four dimensions of talent cultivation goal,training process,safeguard system,assessment and evaluation.The conclusion is that the four vocational colleges in Guangzhou In the four dimensio ns of the training path is basically the same,although in the realization of students an d enterprises zero distance docking to continue to explore certain results,but inevitabl y weaken the "educational" goals,ignore the identification of quality training,"hard project " And " soft project " inadequate investment,despise the individual training aspects of the problem.In order to improve the quality of personnel training,aiming at the problems existing in the process of personnel training in the vocational colleges and u niversities,it follows the development path of "survival"-"growth"-"generation" of individual,and explores the talent cultivation based on competency structure Objectives and specifications,together with the development of dual-track capacity of the develo pment process,the establishment of shared security system,the establishment of a vari ety of evaluation mechanism training path to achieve the connotation of higher vocatio nal education development.
