Research On The Training Of High Skilled Talents In Producer Services

With the continuous development of economic globalization and the deepening of international division of labor,the proportion of added value and the proportion of employment showed an upward trend in recent years,producer service has become a pillar industry of Western developed countries.Producer service play a promoting role in the development of service economy and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing in China.However,the shortage of high skilled talents in Chinese producer services,it can not meet the demand of service economy development.Therefore,how to cultivate high skilled talents in producer service and promote the rapid development of service economy become a urgent problem that needs to be solved urgently in higher vocational colleges.Based on the Parsons AGIL model,this paper investigates the status of high skilled talents training in the producer service of Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College,analyzes the problems in the training of high skilled talents in the producer service based on SPSS 20.0.Based on the analysis of the reasons,proposed solutions to optimize the producer service of high skilled talents training path.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter discusses the research background,the research significance and reviewed literature in producer services,and combs the domestic and foreign producer service literature.The second chapter mainly introduces the definition and theoretical basis of the core concept of the producer service,and makes use of the Parsons AGIL model to analyze the suitability of the high skilled talents training system in the producer services.In the third chapter,taking the case of Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College as an example,the questionnaire design,the questionnaire survey and the questionnaire survey are analyzed.On the basis of questionnaire analysis,the fourth chapter analyzes the problems of training high skilled talents in producer service,and analyzes the reasons through government,industry,enterprises and schools.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization path for the cultivation of high skilled talents in the producer services.
