Question teaching mode is a kind of mode to guide students to discover and think over a problem, so as to solve the problem. According to the requirement of the new curriculum and the actual situation of the school, No.2middle shool in Pingyu, Zhumadian, Henan where the author works develops a "three-autonomy eight steps" teaching mode. This kind of teaching mode is based on problems and guides students to discover, analyze and solve the problems through the interaction between students and students and teachers and students.The paper puts forward the topic that how to cultivate the students’ question consciousness according to the requirements of the school, the new mathematics curriculum standard and the status quo of the junior middle school mathematics teaching.
