Some successful experience has been achieved since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in senior high school since 2010,but more and more problems have also arisen, low teaching efficiency, uneven distribution of teachers and educational resources, which all slower the process of the new reform. Therefore, the two key points in this essay are as follows:one is how to carry out the Question-Oriented teaching mode in the classes of mathematics, and the other is the strategies to solve the problems occurring in the carry-out.The Question-Oriented teaching mode is aimed at directing students to set up correct learning goals and improving learning efficiency. The essay analyzes and explains the Question-Oriented teaching mode through essay-research,investigation,and conduction. After investigating, summarizing and analyzing the existed the Question-Oriented teaching mode, the author put forward the strategies to carry out the mode and put it into practice.Meanwhile, make concrete records of the process through records and videos of the class activities. Finally, pick out and summarize the problems and find out the solutions by observing and recording class activities repeatedly so as to select the appropriate methods to carry out the mode.According to the author's research, two conclusions are made: the former is the Question-Oriented teaching mode, suitable for students in senior high school in rural areas, contains three procedures: creating a situation to lead into the question;exploring and observing the materials to dig out new knowledge;extending application to consolidate the new-learned knowledge. The latter is problems still existing in the process of question-guiding learning mode: students can't fully understand the questions of their equivalent level and nor can they digest and master the knowledge and methods practised at class. Therefore, the solutions based on my own experiences are ad follows:first, put forward logically-designed questions, leading them to discover the target knowledge after pondering them as well as encouraging them to raise questions.Second, when part of them can't dig out the answers to some questions, lower the requirements.Third, when students can't follow up with questions or the ones in the textbook are much too complex, give hints if necessary.
