Senior High school biology experiment is an important part of Biological teaching, the way to cultivate students’ scientific experimental skills, the knowledge and the scientific spirit. The new curriculum emphasizes students study by themself, teachers aim to reach target experiments effectively only by guiding students biological experiments based on student’s experience. Biological experiment teaching is such important but its implementation is not ideal:the experimental set up is low, the low efficiency of the experiment. Improving the effectiveness of teacher experimental guidance is the first consideration to improve the effectiveness of the primary biological experiment.In the Paper I started the study in high school sophomores, questionnaire and interview survey of the experimental teaching grade status. I found that teachers and students both aren’t satisfied with preparation. Students demanded for modern teaching aids diverse, experimental evaluation of the existing multi-dominated teacher evaluation, evaluation methods and other issues. I deal with the problems in teaching practice focused on exploring solutions, thinking and analyzing the selected cases of biology experiment teaching, I comprehended a general way to improve the effectiveness of biological experimental guidance:before the experiment required students to take advantage of the full complement of test reports to guide students prep.Teachers optimize experiments guide by using modern multimedia means, for example, the use of micro-lesson video guide students to preview, made students stimulated and interested with biology experiments with pictures, texts and other materials. Instructed students to use modern means to observe and record the experiments results. Using Inspired guidance, developing students good habits in experiment.After experiment, taking multiple evaluation methods to value themselves, especially students’ self-assessment and peer assessment.
