Biological experiment teaching is an important way to cultivate the practical ability of the students in the biological sciences. Teachers in the classroom teaching of biological experiments, training should pay special attention to students’experimental skills and abilities of experimental design. In China, the traditional teaching mode is mainly teachers follow the prescribed order, students memory imitation, the experiment teaching effect is not very good. How to change the high school biology experiment courses in the implementation process of the prominent "operation imitation","grouping experiment efficiency is not high","experimental evaluation unreasonable","teaching effect is poor","to explore the implementation of difficult" problem, has become the focus of high school biology experiment teaching.
