The Study On Tianjin Government’ S Promotion Of Entrepreneurship Of College Students

The paper is written in the context of "new normal" for economic development; college students’entrepreneurship is taken as an important content in changing economic structure and development method and receives more and more attentions. Tianjin Municipal Government has done a lot and made great achievements in promoting college students’ entrepreneurship.This paper adopts questionnaires and interviews to carry out the research. The survey was made among college students from nine universities in Tianjin, and got1510effective responses. The interview was directed at The Youth League of China, Tianjin Committee, City Board of Education, and other government departments relevant to students’ entrepreneurship, and also common entrepreneurs and college students planning to start their own business.The paper is divided into six parts:introduction, presenting this research’s significance, content, ideas, and relevant concepts and theories; chapter1, introducing the promotion of college students’ entrepreneurship in Tianjin, and analyzing its features and the progress Tianjin Municipal Government made, which is mainly reflected in the aspects of improvement in entrepreneurship service system, entrepreneurship education, financial support, and policy environment, and so on; chapter2, concluding the existing problems facing Tianjin Municipal Government in promoting college students’ entrepreneurship, mainly as follows, the lack of professional functional department, the urgent need to improve entrepreneurship education, incomplete financial system, unsatisfactory policy environment; chapter3, analyzing the reason that Tianjin Municipal Government started to encourage college students’ entrepreneurship; chapter4, combing the experience of European and American countries as well as domestic developed regions in college students’ entrepreneurship, and learning from the experience of America, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and France in entrepreneurship education, financial support, policy environment, and other aspects; Chapter5, on the basis of the borrowed experience, putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions suitable for Tianjin City to promote college students’ entrepreneurship, including the establishment of leader group to foster college students’ entrepreneurship, the enhancement of college students’ entrepreneurship education, the building of financial support platform for college students’ entrepreneurship, and the creating of more relaxed business environment.
