With the rapid development of our economy and update the concept of education, the traditionalclass teaching system is more and more conducive to play each of the students learning initiative, is notconducive to the improvement of teaching efficiency. The new compulsory education English curriculumstandard (2011edition) said the basic idea of compulsory education stage English course should begeared to the needs of all students. In the teaching goal, teaching content, teaching process, teachingevaluation and teaching resources should be considered in such aspects as the use and development ofthe demand for the development of all students. While layered teaching strategy can be a very goodsolution to this problem. The author in a semester of teaching practice, the application of stratifiedteaching related theory, fully study and understand the use of relevant teaching strategies, let all thestudents can get different levels of development and improvement.This research topic based on related literature at home and abroad, integrated domestic and foreignscholars research, to review of the results, to analyze the layered junior middle school English teachingand research status quo of teaching strategies. The author, from the perspective of the stratified teaching,based on their aptitude theory, bloom’s mastery learning theory, and the zone of proximal development ofvygotsky scaffolding instruction theory, the education of class, the teaching optimization theory. Usingthe method of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview research methods, such asimpact on delamination teaching in junior middle school English teaching strategies were studied.Finally, the author did some teaching practice, select the appropriate case, the data for analysis,summarized the effect of stratified teaching strategy, and reflect the implementation of the stratifiedteaching strategy.This study is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction, it mainly introduced t he problemsput forward and the research background, research significance and the research train of thought, both athome and abroad about the hierarchical teaching and related research status quo of teaching strategies.The second part mainly expounds the meaning of stratified teaching and the related theoretical basis,teaching strategy related concept definition and modern information technology environment layeredteaching applied in junior middle school English teaching feasibility analysis. Theoretical basis partincludes Confucius’s theory of their aptitude, bloom’s mastery learning theory, and the zone of proximaldevelopment of vygotsky scaffolding instruction theory, the education of class, the teaching optimizationtheory. Referred to in the relevant concepts defined the meaning of strategy and teaching strategy, andseveral types of teaching strategies are expatiated. In feasibility analysis part mentions the presentsituation of the junior middle school English teaching and disadvantages, and modern informationtechnology environment are discussed in detail the feasibility of layering teaching applied in juniormiddle school English teaching. The third part is the layered teaching influence on teaching strategyresearch. This part is the focus of this paper, including the contents of three aspects, one is the presentsituation and problems of junior middle school English teaching strategy, second, the influence factors ofjunior middle school English teaching strategies, three is the layered teaching theory to the junior middleschool English teaching strategies. The fourth part is the design and application of hierarchical teachingstrategy, first of all introduces the hierarchical junior middle school English teaching strategy design,including hierarchical design, students learning objective layering design, layered design of classroomteaching and extracurricular counselling hierarchical design. In the case part, cited section respectively and a reading class stratified teaching listening and speaking class design. The fifth part is theinvestigation and analysis of the experiment teaching. Including prophase investigation and test, the lateteaching effect analysis, and the results analyzed before and after. In this part, detailed use all kinds ofdata analysis to explain and specific. For a term of teaching process and results, effect analysis ofstratified teaching strategy, and the implementation process and results. The sixth is divided into researchand prospect. Mainly carries on the summary, this study find out the innovation points and points outdeficiency, and at the same time in the future related research is discussed.
