According to the requirements of the eighth curriculum reform in China,modern education should focus on breaking through the bottleneck of traditional teaching.Therefore,the reform and development of classroom education in Chinese schools is an inevitable trend,and stratified cooperative teaching mode is widely recognized by the education sector.Hierarchical cooperative teaching mode is a kind of teaching mode combining the traditional teaching principle of "teaching students according to their aptitude" with the modern idea of "cooperative learning"."Stratification" is to divide students into different levels according to their differences in intellectual structure and emotional intelligence,so as to make teaching more targeted and enable students to maximize their proximity to their respective "zones of proximal development".Cooperative learning is a collective learning activity in which students help each other and cooperate with each other.Multi-level cooperation "teaching is the organic combination of the two,to solve the problem of" healthy students do not have enough to eat,poor students can not eat "in education practice.This model is more suitable for the social development in the 21 st century,and can best match the education of people's demands from the external forces of the society.Therefore,since the 1980 s,the hierarchical cooperative teaching model has been widely used as a new teaching model.The actual teaching phenomenon shows that the difference in junior middle school mathematics teaching continues to expand and the stratification fault phenomenon is prominent,which fundamentally affects the students' self-development.In this article,through the questionnaire survey found in practical mathematics classroom,first-lineteachers rarely used stratified cooperative teaching mode,teaching in the classroom when most of the time still adopts the traditional teaching mode,no layering teaching according to students' individual differences,adopts the traditional pattern of uniform,if you have not accord with the requirement of quality education,also can not meet the new era of the development of students.Based on the individual differences of students,multi-level cooperative teaching model is a personalized teaching model based on students' abilities,which creates favorable conditions for the development of all students.How to carry out effective stratification and effective cooperation in class is the focus of this paper.This paper,by referring to a large number of materials,draws lessons from many successful experiences of layered cooperation,as well as his own practical operation in the peacetime teaching process,expounds the theoretical basis of layered cooperation model and the principles and strategies of layered in practice,and summarizes and sorts out the specific implementation of teacher skill training and student operation training.This paper expounds the concrete steps and operation process of the hierarchical cooperative teaching mode through the analysis of practical cases,which is conducive to the promotion of the hierarchical cooperative teaching mode.
