The Personalized Teaching Design Of "People In Biosphere" In Junior Middle School

The education with wisdom in order to cultivate students with personality has become themain focus of education revelution in our country. The personalized teaching could fullyconsider students’ interests inspire their individuality and autonomy, and fulfill the teachingtargets finally according to the different teaching designs based on their differences. As showed,researches on personalized teaching still stay in the theoretical stage, there is only a few realsystematical personalized teaching designs and less in junior middle school biology specificly.Therefore, the author carried out a series studies combining with some points of teaching designon the basis of new standards of “people in Biosphere”.This thesis could be divided into7parts. The first part and the second part define theconception on personalized teaching design and introduce the theory basis for the design; thethird part focus on the interpretation of the theme of “people in Biosphere” from the newcurriculum standard and the contents, and clarify the role and the importance of this theme onBiology teaching; the fourth part analyse the status and purpose of this research; the fifth partintroduce the principle and the process of personalized teaching design on “people in Biosphere”;the sixth part is the most important part of this thesis, we take some specific examples during thepersonalized teaching design for the theory, the practice and the labs lessons of the theme of“people in Biosphere”; the last part is the ending to make the conclusion and summarize thisthesis.The author carried on some interview investigations on junior middle school teachers on thetopic of personalized teaching design in this thesis, and the conclusion show that thepersonalized teaching designs in this thesis is workable. Comparing with the teaching presently,the personalized teaching design on the theme of “people in Biosphere” could arouse thestudents’ enthusiasm more effectively and promote their personality development more directly.But in this thesis, there are still some shortcomings on the personalized teaching design, we stillneed more improvements and perfections.
