With the increasing demands of the society for people's individualization,attention to students' interest development and individual liberation should be the concern of every teacher.Art is a diversified discipline that integrates inheritance and innovation,individuality and commonality,practice and exploration.It is uniquely endowed to carry out individualized teaching in art education.The rational application of personalized teaching mode in junior high school art teaching not only promotes the development of students' personality,but also enables students to develop good habits of independent learning.Therefore,how to inject "personality" into the classroom,how to guide students' individuality in art teaching is a question that I have been thinking about.In this regard,this article combines teaching practice and teaching experience,analyzes and explores the application and related problems of personalized teaching in junior high school art education.This paper mainly takes the author's teaching practice class as the research object,analyzes the main aspects of the paper's literature and research methods,and distributes relevant questionnaires for junior high school art individualized teaching to collect objective information,through questionnaires and art teachers.Interviews to understand the implementation of personalized teaching in art teaching.The study found that the individualization in art teaching is to pay attention to the students,the teacher should guide the students' interest and maximize the display and display of the specialty of one aspect of the art,and cooperate with the group in the form of teaching organization.Exploring is the main task.Teachers pay attention to the personality of the group and ensure that the personality of each member of the group is developed.Thus,“personality” will be injected into the art teaching to the greatest extent.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which establishes the foundation for the study of individualized teaching.The second part is an overview of the relevant theories of personalized teaching,and explains the connotation of personalized teaching.The third part is the author's investigation on the status quo of the individualized teaching of junior high school art,and summarizes its existing problems.The fourth part is based on the investigation status of the author's personalized teaching strategy.The fifth part is a case of personalized teaching practice.Finally,the conclusions of this paper summarize the main research results and the shortcomings of the discovery research.
