Research On Exercise System Of Chinese Textbook Of Primary School In The Period Of The Republic Of China

The Chinese textbook of Primary school is an important tool for teaching. At thesame time, it’s the important carrier for children to learn cultural knowledge, obtainlearning skills and gain the experience of feelings. Therefore, it is of greatimportance in Chinese education. Since Chinese has been separated from othercourses in1904, the revolution of Chinese textbook has undergone several rounds.Asan important part of it, the exercise system also experienced from scratch and from asingle system to a diversified one.This article mainly selects5sets of Chinesetextbooks in the period of the republic of China to analyze and study the exercisesystem, which will be helpful to the development of the present Chinese textbooks.The main body of this article can be divided into the following4parts.The first part, analysis of the writing background from the aspects of politics,economy, culture, education policy and textbook policy during the period of therepublic of China. It will help the readers to have an overall grasp of the article.Besides it helps to explore the exercise system of Chinese textbooks for primaryschool.The second part, to analyze the5sets of Chinese textbooks in the period of therepublic of China. Firstly, introducing the basic style of each textbook, that is, all theparts and content of the textbook. Then, it centers around the characteristics from thearrangement, style, quantity and content. The content is divided into four aspects:speaking, hand writing, reading and writing.The third part, to compare the5sets of Chinese textbooks in the period of therepublic of China then summarize the characteristic.Firstly,analyze the characteristicsof the exercise system, in case of the5sets of the textbooks during the period of therepublic of China. Concretely, from its illustrations, layout, quantity and so on.The forth part, to take the example by the exercise system of primary schoolChinese textbooks. Mainly to learn from4parts, that is, the memorization of pinyinand new characters, the design of the exercise of writing, the content of the exercisesystem and the development of the children.
