The enterprise plays an important role in the model of training technicians and in increasing the investment on Vocational Education, is an important driving force for the development of vocational education, but also the participation of enterprises is the only way for the development of China’s vocational education. Comparing with the achievements of the foreign enterprises’ participating in vocational education in developed countries, Chinese enterprises to participate in vocational education in general is weak now. Despite the government introduced a series of policies to encourage enterprises to participate in vocational education, although the theory and practice of community have a full understanding on the enterprise’s important position and role in vocational education, but enterprises still reluctant to participate in vocational education, the breadth and depth of participation is not enough, there is an urgent need for enterprises to participate in vocational education theory in-depth study of the issue.In this paper, from the angle of enterprises, taking Sany Heavy Industry Co., Lt d.as an example, through the questionnaire survey and interviews with relevant staff, F rom the covers of enterprise staff training, business school, school enterprise cooperatio n in these three types of enterprises conducted an investigation and analysis of particip ating in the vocational education, more comprehensive study of the Sany in occupation e ducation situation. The article is divided into five parts; the first part is the introduct ion, including research background and significance of the research, literature review, d efinition of key concepts and so. The second part is the theoretical basis for enterprise s to participate in the occupation education and practical necessity. The third part focus es on the participation of Sany vocational education present situation, advantages and de fects, the practice of the Sany’s involvement in the occupation education shows that t hese three methods have their advantages and disadvantages; and on this basis, Analyz ing the cost, benefit, policy system and occupation colleges appeal is the important factor to restrict the enterprise to participate in occupation education. The fourth part summ arizes the advanced experience of Germany, Australia, Britain, USA enterprises to partic ipate in the occupation education have positive reference meaning for our enterprises to participate in the occupation education. Finally, on the basis of the previous chapters, from the government, enterprises, schools, students in these four aspects and puts forw ard some countermeasures for perfecting vocational education in Chinese enterprises. H ope this research can provide some reference for the development of government, enter prise, school enterprise cooperation in the vocational education.
