Vocational education is valued because of the intimate relationship with Society.Therefore,the state and society attach great importance.How to promote the healthy development of vocational education has become the focus of many scholars.From the recent national policy documents,such as “The fusion of production and education” ? “School-enterprise cooperation” ?“Enterprises are the main body of vocational education” become high frequency words.So enterprises bear the responsibility of vocational education and enhance the vitality and quality of vocational education have become a policy-oriented.German vocational education has a long history,and world-renowned.Its success lies in the enterprise participation in vocational education.German companies participate effectively in vocational education,not only benefited from the German awareness and action,but also benefited from a sound German vocational education law.The German vocational education laws play a role in ensuring and regulating the effective functioning of the enterprise.Studying the role of enterprises in the legislation of vocational education in Germany can provide us experience for revising the vocational education law to promote the enterprises to participate in vocational education.The main contents include:The first chapter analyzes that the support of vocational education law to guarantee enterprises to participate in vocational education.Through the introduction of relevant theories and the combing of related research achievements,it includes two parts: First,research of German enterprises to participate in vocational education,the second is the research of German vocational education laws,which provids effective support for this research.The second chapter is the history of German enterprises to participate in vocational education and legal protection in history.German enterprises have a long history to participate in vocational education,and as the main body.And it accompanied by legal recognition and specification.Through the study of the history,we can understand the origin and reason of the enterprise to participate in the vocational education.The third chapter is about the characteristics of "dual system" and theresponsibility of enterprise in existing vocational education law.By analyzing the role of enterprises in the "dual system" of vocational education,the author makes an interpretation of current German vocational education law.Through this interpretation,we can see the interactive relationship between the actual German vocational education and German vocational education law.The fourth chapter is the status of the implementation of vocational education under the legal norms.From the qualification,capital investment,responsible for enrollment,teaching activities,organizational evaluation process showing the specific circumstances of enterprises to participate in vocational education.And pointed out that difficulties of enterprises encountered.The fifth chapter is the enlightenment and the prospect.It contains three aspects:From business perspective,enterprises should participate in vocational education actively;From the legal point of view,law should protect the enterprise to participate in vocational education;From the perspective of law enforcement,the law must be mandatory and operable.
