"Hundred years’ policy based on education ", Country rich and strong without education, higher education shoulders the mission of cultivating advanced talents for the motherland, has a very important role. Private colleges in our country from scratch, development, but there is a lack of scientific management for a long time private colleges, private colleges are restricted by the overall management level of ascension, it is from scale development to the connotative development of private colleges is undoubtedly is the focus of the need to be addressed.This research topic is to top universities-WuHan bioengineering institute of administrative management as the research object, a large number of research literatures and western incentive mechanism theory, through the way of questionnaire, individual and collective interviews basic situation carries on the analysis of the current incentive mechanism, found the problems and reasons existing in the current incentive mechanism, in order to build high in private. Proposed humanist, fair, competitive, timely, and the combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive and difference for the principle of administrative personnel incentive mechanism, including:perfect incentive system, extend the way of promotion, the construction of a reasonable performance appraisal system, emotion motivation increase the career identity, to optimize the compensation system to improve the welfare benefits, dynamic post appointment inspire enthusiasm, improve work efficiency, build detailed introducing competition system training system, and gradually increase the overall quality of the administrative management of construction measures.Private colleges management main body is mainly administrative managers, they play an irreplaceable role. But because of long time due to the particularity of private colleges, they didn’t get a good concern and attention. The subject of study in private colleges executive incentive strategy is put forward at the same time, also hope that through their own, the author makes more researchers and management into the research of this field.
