Current affairs and political education is mainly done bypolitical course in high school. Strengthening current affairs andpolitical education, in political course,can improve students’ideological and political quality, in the process of combing theorywith practice to cultivate the students’ comprehensive ability, atthe same time to strengthen the thought political course teachingeffectiveness and the cultivation of students’ scientific worldoutlook, the outlook on life and values plays a very important role.However, in the actual teaching process, because of variousunfavorable factors limit the current high school political educationoften become a mere formality. So how to effectively carry outpolitical education teaching high school current affairs, currentaffairs and political education of the education function, to improveand strengthen the school moral education work, promote thethought political lesson of the new curriculum reform, and is worthy of our in-depth, systematic and comprehensive study.This thesis choose four high school in JinCheng ShanXi Provinceas the research object of this article, on the basis of consulting alarge number of literature material, mainly through thequestionnaire investigation and interview method, the selection offour high school current affairs and political education teachingpresent situation has carried on the detailed research, summarizesthe current problems existing in the current high school politicaleducation teaching process and the insufficiency, and the causes ofthe problem done in-depth discussion, finally aimed at theseproblems that exist in the current high school political educationteaching, put forward the concrete countermeasures andSuggestions, hoping to current affairs and political education forthe future high school provides the basis for the effective work ofteaching and reference.
