In the first part of this paper focuses on the present topic, research significance, related research and comments to explain the development of political resources and utilization of high school ideological problems;on the issue of this research emphasis and difficulty, ideas and methods necessary to elaborate. This system includes the following four parts: the first part is an overview of the related concepts of the research. It defines the scope of the theoretical research of this paper and explains the logical relationship between the related concepts.
