Social And Cultural Interaction Between Migration And Village

Thanks to reform and opening up policy, a large number of villagers of Nanxing Village have the opportunity to be liberated from rice cultivation in life, By way of migrant these people gain more experience in Korea."In this paper,with Nanxing village,Shangzhi City,Heilongjiang Province as an example, the front half of the paper shows the scene of the village and the situation of the migration of the village.The latter part will show the changes and analysis due to the large number of migrant labor trunk. Basing on fieldwork by the field and author’s living experience, the author aims at concerning migration outflow of factors associated with the village’s own ethnic culture.The author examines the influence of the labor migration of Nanxing village on individual,family and village itself. At the individual level, the author finds the influence and change on the individual ideas, behaviorjob identity brought about by labor migrantion.At the household level,the author observes the challenges brought about by population movements and ethnic food culture heritage language education.At the village level, the author studys how the population flow on the way of communication, the village public cultural events, political and economic activities in the village.The paper shows that migrants bring the flow of information.Experience in Korea can bring rural migrant transnational elite,and the villagers still live to the traditonal rural relation.The driving force of rural social change are complex and diverse.The author tries to make analysis from the perspective of communication to show the revelance between migration and rural changes.
