In the “Internet+” era,it is necessary to completely break the traditional concept of learning and apply Internet thinking to build a new view of learning resources.Informal learning has great advantages in terms of content,time,and location of learning.Under the wave of mobile learning and micro-learning,micro-learning based on smart terminals has begun to enter people’s field of vision.Through the analysis of related literature on the design of micro-learning resources under the informal learning environment,it is known that the current research on micro-learning resources at home and abroad is mainly in the basic research stage,and the research on the construction of micro-learning resources under the informal learning environment has begun.In the process of micro-learning resource construction,there are problems of resource utilization and learning effects that are not ideal.Therefore,under the guidance of theories of informal learning theory and micro-learning theory,the study constructed the concept of micro-learning resources in informal learning environment and the principle of designing juice,and fully considered the features of WeChat platforms commonly used by users.The design process of micro-learning resources under the informal learning environment,and the micro-learning resources under the corresponding informal learning environment were designed and developed on the WeChat platform,and the “micro-educational technology” WeChat public account was established.The research work of this article mainly has the following four aspects:(1)Literature review and theoretical basis.Extensively carry out relevant literature research in this field,analyze the characteristics of resources in the informal learning environment and the current research status of micro-learning resources,and then analyze the status and characteristics of micro-learning resource design research in informal learning environment,and summarize its content design.Necessity provides reference and guidance for follow-up research.It combs the theory supported by the research institute of this paper and the inspiration for this research,and provides a theoretical basis for resource development.(2)To sort out the classification basis and design principles of micro-learning resources in an informal learning environment.The five basic types of resource classification include: information display resources,presentation resources,practice resources,concept representation resources and data display resources,and a three-dimensional presentation of knowledge content systems.The design principles include: the conciseness of the interactive design interface and the low-tech threshold of micro-content design principles,the short and refined micro-learning content,self-contained,implicit structure and flow of micro-content,stimulate random learning participation,and create a free and happy learning experience.Guide and improve the micro-learning content system,inspire interest in learning,and improve learning results.(3)Summarize the micro-learning resource design process and micro-learning design model in the informal learning environment.Take the "front-end analysis-cutting knowledge block-resource design-platform construction-analysis and feedback" as the main flow of resource design.The resource,activity,support,and assessment model(RASE model)developed through micro-learning design guides the development of micro-learning activities in an informal learning environment.(4)Design and development of micro-learning resources based on the informal learning environment of the WeChat platform.In this study,we conducted a feasibility analysis on the WeChat platform,and based on the design process summarized,we developed and built a WeChat public number for “Micro-Educational Technology”.Questionnaires and interviews were conducted to statistically analyze learners’ feedback information,emotions and attitudes,etc.,verifying the rationality and effectiveness of micro-learning resources design in informal learning environments.The research conclusions and significance of this article mainly include: The application of the WeChat public platform has basically achieved good results,and has obtained the support of the students,which proves the effectiveness of the support platform for WeChat-based professional education activities and meets mobile learning and informal learning.Demand.The WeChat public platform can help with fragmented learning and meeting individual needs.This article summarizes the research status of micro-learning resources and summarizes the design process of micro-learning resources,and provides help for the in-depth development and further improvement of micro-learning theory.It can be used to meet the diverse learning needs of learners and enable learners to gain deep-level meaningful learning resources to help students improve the effectiveness of micro-learning and provide reference for the development of learning platforms.
