Junior school is the most perplexing period as well as the crucial period of the study. Because of the effect and restriction of all kinds of factors, it has become a common and thorny problem to be tired of study, which seriously affects healthy growth and development of the city and countryside intersection junior school students. The combination of urban and rural junior school students weariness problem, also slowly become a relatively special education problem but can not be ignored.Urbanization is an important strategy and also an inevitable choice for development of society and economy. In the process of urbanization, the special department of the combination of urban and rural regional schools, its survival and the development question has not really entered people’s vision, in this area, education has two sides structure and teachers are usually outflow and supplement is also insufficiency, parents generally ignore the value of education, at the same time, the development of school homogenization has become a serious phenomenon. These schools are facing a series of difficulties, such as school’s conditions improve slowly, the education quality is backward, students are losing seriously, they usually imitate the city schools and lose their own local culture. Therefore, it has become one of the urgent problems of today’s education to break the difficulties in the process of urbanization of urban and rural school’s survival and development, to realize the sustainable development of these schools.The research adopts self-made questionnaire, and combines with the methods of literature, interview and case study, which tested492students between three different grades from N urban and rural junior school in Henan province, it is to understand the students’ personal and family basic situation, their study status in class, the arrangement of extracurricular time and their opinions to the teachers and subjects. In this paper, students in accordance with the results are divided into three class, for excellent students, general students and poor students. Through the exploration, we try to understand the overall performance and special difference between the three kinds of students, hope to find the common and special reasons causing the weariness of students, and aim to solve the students’ weariness problems in urban and rural areas. The research contents include the common background for students weariness; a comprehensive expression and the special respective characteristics of weariness; common cause and special causes of weariness; different solutions of weariness.The research drew the following conclusions.(1) The situation is very serious in general, and there are differences between different grades of students. And most of the excellent students have weariness emotion and behavior.(2) It exists the common characteristics in different grades of students, for example, because of high learning pressure, students’ learning interest is not high. It is very easy for them to reject learning mind.(3) Students of different grades have different types of weariness reasons. The weariness behavior of excellent students is usually not obvious, many of them have mental weariness, and this kind of psychology is not easy to find by teachers and parents; general students are sick of study and the performance for learning is not strong, they are lack of interest in learning and easily to retreat when encountering difficulties; the poor students usually have wrong values, they used to lunch a challenge to class.(4) There are a number of factors for students to cause weariness,the external factors can not be ignored.However, it exists differences internal weariness reasons between different types and grades of students.In summary, students weariness problem with department of urban and rural education in junior middle school has become a urgent problem to cause social attention.Because of the changes around the school, the effects of the families,and all kinds of difficulties the students meet in their study, it leads to more complex experience and more contradiction to the students during their studying and growing up. Through the studies of one of the school whose students have weariness problem,this thesis will not only open the veil of the integration of urban and rural junior school students study weariness for more and more researchers, but also provide a theoretical reference for the front-line educators in the school teaching and management process.
