Middle stage is a special period of one’s physical and mental development, and it is the transition from childhood to adulthood. The stage pays attention to the happiness of the junior high school students or not, relates to the steady development of the school education, and is the urgent requirement of building a harmonious society. Integration of urban and rural areas has its unique geographical, economic, cultural characteristics, but is easy to be ignored”grey area”. I am a teacher in urban-rural area and I feel problem in this area is complex. I hope that through my research, to help students through “raging storm period”. Through consulting a large number of books and paper material, and insight into the investigation of the happiness at home and abroad, the author chooses314students in urban-rural fringe of Zhifu District in Yantai, Shandong as subjects. The research includes the basic information questionnaire and comprehensive happiness questionnaire written by Professor Miao Yuanjiang. Then use SPSS16.0software for statistical analysis. As the result, we found that71.3%of the total number of samples feels “happy”, showing that the subjects’ sense of happiness is in average level which consistent with the hypothesis. The influencing factor of happiness is divided into five levels: one is gender, characteristic and only or not the second is age and grade the third is about the location of family, economy and education the forth is interpersonal relationship the fifth is to learn. According to the data analysis, from the aspects of teachers, parents and students themselves, the author suggests operational ways to help improve the urban-rural integration of junior high school students of happiness in Yantai: Teachers properly deal with the relationship between the grades and quality education, moving people by feeling Teachers want to do a good job of checking and supervision when the entrance of peace, be strict and kind Teachers should actively take the initiative to communicate with students, build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students Help parents changing ideas, democracy way Actively communicate with parents, pay attention to students all-round development Accumulation of positive emotional experience, learn to talk Positive practice, find their own way. I hope I can help improve the urban-rural integration of junior high school students of happiness in Yantai, also provides reference for the rest of the school and students.
