Core strength training is a new type of power quality training method fromRehabilitation care field. This method was concerned by the domestic and foreign relevantexperts, and has become a hot topic in physical training. Relevant experts at home and abroaddo a lot of research on Core strength training and think: In competitive sports, the mainfunctions of the body core strength have stable human center of gravity, integration transmitstrength, strengthening the body control and prevent damage.Big athletic intensity, movement speed, high difficulty of action, the complex skill arethe characteristics of competitive aerobics. Power quality is the foundation of the physicalquality of Competitive aerobics athlete.It can promote special skill and ensure that difficultmoves to complete. So according to the funetion of Core strength training,Core strength isstrong or weak directly influence that the athletes play special skill and difficulty actionshown quality. Core strength training is not only important but also necessary. Thequestionnaire, expert interviews,literature,experiment, andmathematieal statisties areapplieated in this paper. The article does a series of the oretical analysis and experimentalresearch on the systematic core strength training’s impact on difficulty action shown qualityof competitive aerobics athletes. Takeing aerobics sports teams from Jiangxi Science andTechnology Normal University as the experiment object, the study increase core strengthtraining to the original training plan and tracke experiment teaching and make a comparativeanalysis of the data before and after the experiment. The following conclusions:1、Core strength is the foundation of competitive aerobics special strength. Core strengthtraining will be helpful to develop special strength and special technology for Competitiveaerobics athletes.2、Compared with Control group,Core stability of experimental group athletes haveimproved significantly after increasing core strength training to the original training plan. Thisshows that core strength training can effectively improve the core stability ability Competitiveaerobics athletes.3、After the experiment, related skills of difficulty action of experimental group athleteshave improved significantly. Compared with control group, all the indexes that reflect coreendurance, core stability, body balance and motion control, action stability have improvedsignificantly. This shows that the core strength training have improved the competitive aerobics athletes’ body control and balanced stable ability, and it can effectively improverelated skills of difficulty action of athletes.4、After Core strength training, difficulty action shown quality of competitive aerobicsathletes of experimental group also have improved significantly.
